  Our Chef starts by using only the finest meats and freshest seafood,
  and delicately flavors them with wine, herbs, lemon and garlic to create
  light, fresh sauces that enhance, not mask,the natural goodness of the food.

  All of our dishes are cooked to order, and no pre-made or packaged ingredients 
  are ever used.
