Spain has long been recognized by gourmets for producing some of the world's finest wines and sherries, and a unique European cuisine that differs greatly from the usual continental fare, and is not as spicy as Mexican food. Our Chef starts by using only the finest meats and freshest seafood, and delicately flavors them with wine, herbs, lemon and garlic to create light, fresh sauces that enhance, not mask,the natural goodness of the food.
